An issue occurred in the EHR beginning April 20, 2021, at 7:00 PM ET/ 4:00 PM PT. The issue was identified and fixed today, April 21 at 12:46 PM ET/ 9:46 AM PT. If you have not logged out since the fix was implemented, please log out and sign back into the EHR to receive the critical update.
