Identified - Eligibility checks for certain payers are not available in Practice Fusion because Change Healthcare (CHC) continues to experience service interruptions due to a cyberattack. We are working with CHC and will provide updates as eligibility checks for these payers become available.

Resolved - The Practice Fusion EHR experienced an unexpected outage at 8:49 AM PT/ 11:49 AM ET on November 19, 2024. As soon as we became aware of the outage, our team began investigating and implementing a fix to restore service as quickly as possible.

We have identified a fix and the EHR is now fully operational. You can resume normal work in the system.

While the EHR is unavailable, please continue to manage your practice and follow these steps:
• Follow your downtime readiness plan. Utilize paper copies of records and keep notes to enter into the EHR when it is back online.
• Use offline alternatives for handling labs and prescriptions, such as faxing.
